Our online Nadi Astrology reading process has been refined over four generations of practice to be both accessible and authentic. Whether you are in Tamil Nadu or on the other side of the globe, the process is identical — your thumb impression is the only requirement. Here is exactly what to expect at each stage.

Step 1: Send Your Thumb Impression

The process begins when you send us a clear photograph of your thumb impression. For men, we require the right thumb. For women, we require the left thumb.

How to Take a Good Thumb Impression Photo

  • Use a well-lit natural light environment — avoid flash photography
  • Press your thumb firmly on a clean white paper surface
  • Use a standard ink pad and take a clear print on white paper
  • Photograph directly from above so ridge patterns are visible
  • You may also send a close-up thumb photo

Step 2: Leaf Search & Identification

Once we receive your thumb impression, our senior reader classifies ridge patterns into one of 108 categories used in the Nadi tradition.

Relevant manuscript bundles are searched and statements are read aloud during a short call. You respond only with yes or no.

This process usually takes 1 to 3 days. Updates are shared via WhatsApp.

Step 3: Secure Payment

Payment is requested only after your leaf is found and verified. If no leaf is located after search, no payment is required.

We accept Bank Transfer, UPI, PayPal, Western Union and Wise.

Pricing depends on the Kandams selected. Clear pricing is shared before confirmation.

Step 4: Live Reading Session

After payment confirmation, your reading is scheduled according to your time zone through phone or video call.

Ancient Tamil palm leaf predictions are translated live with explanations. Sessions are recorded and shared for future reference.

Each Kandam usually takes 45 to 90 minutes.

What to Expect During Your Reading

A Nadi reading is unlike any other astrological consultation you may have experienced. You will not be asked for your birth date, birth time, or birth place — your thumb impression is the only input.

The reading begins with the reader reciting the invocation inscribed on your leaf, calling upon the blessings of Sage Agastya and the divine lineage. The reader then proceeds through each section of the selected Kandam, translating and explaining the ancient text.

Seekers often describe the experience as deeply moving — especially when the leaf accurately reveals personal life details they have never shared with anyone.

It is not unusual to feel strong emotions during the reading, particularly during Kandam 13 (Past Life Karma), which explores karmic patterns connected to present life challenges.

We encourage you to approach the reading with an open mind and heart. You are welcome to take notes and ask clarifying questions at any point during the session.

If remedies (Pariharams) are prescribed, the reader will explain each remedy clearly and provide written guidance afterwards.
